We recently replaced our roof, added insulation to our attic and replaced our ac ducts. We worked with Matan, he was great to work with from start to finish. Matan was very professional and always answered our questions quickly. Our roof looks amazing. I recommend working with Matan and with WTPC.

We hired Matt at WTP to remodel our kitchen, replace our roof, fix terminate damage in the exterior, attic and foundation, handle the related termite tenting, paint the exterior of our house, install a new outdoor fence and gate, and install rooftop solar. It was a great experience from start to finish--they were clear on pricing with no surprises, and we received helpful daily updates to help with coordination and covering being home for a big project. We are very happy with the results and work and would recommend!

My husband and I are first time homeowners and we were very apprehensive about starting our much needed home improvements. When we called Liron and his team, it felt like we were invited into a family. We talked about our wants and needs for our home and they turned it into a reality. We added on quite a few projects and Liron was always quick, knowledgeable, and efficient and had the crew out working within the next day. We had a front walkway added, backyard pavers, a patio cover and artificial turf installed. We also had our kitchen counters replaced all in a span of a week and a half! The quality of each project left us speechless. Each team that Liron had come were professional, friendly, and very quick. Corey, the project manager came over daily to check on the progress of each project. We were in constant contact with Liron and Corey and they always answered any questions that we had. We appreciated the time that they took to guide us through this process and that they always made sure we were happy. Thank you Liron for your outstanding work. We had just purchased our new condo in Orange County and our patio area originally from the 1980s was in dire need of a remodel. We hadn't been able to use the outdoor space because it was falling apart and dry rotted since we moved in. The deck also wasn't built properly and pests were getting into our house from under the deck because it was fully exposed to the outside. After doing some research, I reached out to We The People on Yelp for a consultation and got a call back from someone quickly. We were thrilled We The People was willing to work with us even though we had such a small space. They asked us for more details of our project and set up an appointment later that week to send out one of their project managers. We were well taken care of by Tom who listened to what we were envisioning, our needs, and our timeline. Tom gave us some suggestions and even provided us with a handy photo he mocked up quickly of our space of what it could look like. Tom also showed us some past projects that were the same size as ours or used the same materials so we could get an idea of what it would look like in an actual space. We decided to rip out our old, decrepit deck, level out the ground and slightly slope the area so it was flush with our sliding glass door but also promote it to drain properly into the greenway. We decided on some lovely stone pavers with black polymeric sand and a wonderful river rock border to give it some additional visuals and additional drainage. Tom was then able to put together a proposal and contract on the spot so we could look it over with him so we were clear on the work being done, the materials, and answer any questions. What we also appreciated is they could start the work the next day! We had already had consultations with several other construction companies but after this experience, we knew we wanted to go with WTP. The We the People team is most efficient, most communicative, and most professional general contractor team I've ever worked with. They are straightforward and always "on it" - I never once felt like I needed to question their processes, personnel, or the information they were giving me. I called them to get various quotes on many home projects (some needed now and some later on down the road) and they were very professional and respectful of my time to get me the information as quickly as possible. They also made me feel safe in trusting that they won't just "get it done" but they will "get it done RIGHT." I'm looking forward to working with them in the future.

We recently hired WE THE PEOPLE CONSTRUCTION for a major home improvement project, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Renovations took approximately 5 months. From the very beginning, their team demonstrated professionalism and great communication. The project involved a full kitchen remodel, 2 bathroom remodels, upstairs and downstairs flooring installation, and every detail was executed flawlessly. The contractors were on time, respectful of our home, trustworthy of giving them access to our house while we were at work. They also kept us updated at every stage, making sure we were involved in all key decisions. What really stood out was the craftsmanship. The attention to detail and level of care put into the work truly exceeded our expectations. The kitchen cabinetry is beautiful!! The project was completed in a timely manner and within budget, with no surprises--something that's rare in home renovations. They also made sure we were 100% satisfied before wrapping up, and followed up a week later to ensure everything was still perfect. They responded quickly to our request for a few touch ups after the project was completed and fully paid. JORDAN and ISREAL were our main contacts and they were absolutely awesome to work with, they helped us throughout our whole journey. My mom, who is retired and lives in Montrose, goes to great lengths to keep her home in good condition. When we learned that her front and rear decks were suffering from termite damage, we needed to address it quickly to prevent the termites from spreading to the rest of the house. After the termite treatment was completed, we turned our focus to rebuilding the decks. We inquired with We The People and after discussing the project, we had a feeling they could deliver high quality work in a timely manner. We The People expertly removed the deteriorating structures and replaced them with a beautiful, durable composite wood decking. In short, we were extremely satisfied with the results and would welcome the opportunity to work with Liron, Annie and Bryan again. After sitting down with Liron and Annie to outline a plan, their team started work right away. Demolition began the following morning, and within a couple of days, the damaged decking was cleared out. We then reviewed the finer details and measurements to ensure everyone agreed on the scope of work. We appreciated that they welcomed slight adjustments and even accommodated some minor custom feature requests. Annie, who was always friendly and readily available, helped my mom select the perfect color and style for the high-quality composite materials. She made sure to be present at the project's start and periodically checked in along the way. When Annie wasn’t available, her colleague Bryan stepped in to ensure the project progressed smoothly and that we were satisfied with the work. Once the area was cleared, the framing was delivered swiftly, and we immediately recognized the quality of the craftsmanship.
